Should you want to return your product that is no problem provided, it is within 30 days of your purchase. Simply post the item back to us at PO BOX WE NEED ONE.

We do not return or cover shipping costs.

On receiving the returned product, we will return the payment via the Stripe payment gateway, that you originally paid. We can not return cash or make payments to different bank accounts or people.

We will reverse the payment you made to us plus any costs involved in the transaction that a bank may charge you or us.

Depending on the Bank payments get returned from us when we receive the returned package. It can take a few days to show in your bank. However, we will send you emails to let you know we have processed it from our end. If you have any questions, please send us an email, with the form at the end of the page and we will do our best to help you.
